THE PROJECT
Rethinking the potential of the site.
3910 began with an existing single-family house and a clear objective: to reconsider how the property could create greater residential value.
The original house was replaced by two independent townhouses, transforming the site through a more efficient use of space while creating two complete contemporary homes.

THE STRATEGY
Maximising space. Elevating experience.
The project is organised as two mirrored residences, allowing the footprint to be used efficiently while maintaining the independence and identity of each home.
Social spaces open directly onto private gardens and pools at ground level, bedrooms occupy the more intimate upper floor, and the rooftop extends each residence with additional outdoor living.
Every square metre is considered through the intersection of function, value and everyday experience.
INDOOR / OUTDOOR
Living beyond the walls.
The relationship between interior and exterior shapes the experience of each home. Open living spaces extend towards private gardens and pools, while the rooftop introduces another layer of outdoor living.
Rather than treating exterior space as residual, landscape and architecture work together to expand how the residences are lived.
