Rethinking the

potential of the site.

3910 Residence began with an existing single-family house and an opportunity to rethink the potential of the property.

The original house was replaced by two independent townhouses, creating a more efficient use of the site while delivering two complete contemporary homes designed for sale.

The two residences are organised as mirrored units, maximising the available footprint while maintaining the independence and privacy of each home.

Social spaces occupy the ground floor, private areas are located above, and each residence benefits from its own entrance, parking and outdoor living spaces.

INDOOR / OUTDOOR

Extending everyday living.

Living spaces open directly towards private gardens and pools, allowing the ground floor to extend naturally outdoors.

Landscape and architecture work together to create a greater sense of space while giving each townhouse its own private exterior environment.
