The layout is considered through the rhythm of a temporary stay — balancing private bedrooms with generous spaces for gathering and spending time together.
Every area has a clear purpose, creating an experience that works equally well for shared moments and individual retreat while making efficient use of the existing property.

At the heart of the house, shared spaces are designed to encourage connection.
Living, dining and social areas create different settings for guests to gather throughout their stay, while the four-bedroom programme provides the privacy needed for groups to comfortably share the same home.

The exterior becomes an important part of the guest experience, extending the ways the property can be enjoyed beyond its interior.
