I’m an architect and designer with and endless curiosity for places, people and the way live.
ST/LAB is where I turn that curiosity into spaces.
Sarah con la H is where I share everything that inspires them, design, travel, objects and life in between.
ST/LAB is an architecture and interior design practice founded by Sarah Tió, working across residential, hospitality and lifestyle spaces.
My approach brings together spatial clarity, materiality and atmosphere, ensuring every decision adds value to the experience. From concept to detail, each element is carefully considered, refined, and given a reason to belong.
My background moves across architecture interior design, design strategy and visualization, allowing me to think about a project from the larger idea down to the smallest detail.

Sarah con la H is where I share the things that catch my eye ― places worth visiting, objects worth noticing, ideas worth keeping and everything in between.
Design is always part of it, but never the whole story.
ONE POINT OF VIEW. TWO WAYS OF SHARING IT.
Architecture / Interiors / Creative Direction
Design / Travel / Places / Objects / Life
I’m interested in the rituals that makes everyday life better ― where we stay, what we surround ourselves with, the tables we gather around and the places we remember.
That curiosity moves constantly between my work and my life. One inevitable informs the other.
