study on the implementation of <strong>Building Information Modeling (BIM)<\/strong> within an architectural practice, exploring how the methodology transformed both project documentation and collaborative workflows.<\/p><p>Rather than approaching BIM simply as a new design tool, the presentation examined its role as a <strong>shared working methodology<\/strong> \u2014 connecting information, documentation and team coordination throughout the development of a project.<\/p><p>Drawing from the studio&#8217;s experience, the case study highlighted how BIM could improve the consistency of architectural documentation, facilitate coordination between team members, reduce repetitive processes and establish a more integrated workflow across multiple projects.<\/p><p>The presentation also reflected on an important aspect of digital transformation in architecture: adopting new technology is not only about software. It requires reconsidering <strong>how teams communicate, organise information and work together<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The session was organised by <strong>CATBIM, GRAPHISOFT&#8217;s representative in the Rather than approaching BIM simply as a new design tool, the presentation examined its role as a shared working methodology \u2014 connecting information, documentation and team coordination throughout the development of a project. Drawing from the studio&#8217;s experience, the case study highlighted how BIM could improve the consistency of architectural documentation, facilitate coordination between team members, reduce repetitive processes and establish a more integrated workflow across multiple projects.
